The RoleWe're looking for a new Customer and Marketing Analytics - Sr. Analyst to support here! The Sr Analyst, Customer and Marketing Analytics will work closely with Customer and Marketing team to analyze marketing promotions and determine the efficacy of marketing spend. Upon analysis, Sr. Analyst, Customer and Marketing analytics will present results to management, make recommendations and suggest optimization opportunities. Sr. Analyst, Customer and Marketing Analytics will collaborate with the cross functional teams to develop strategies that drive sales and ensure we increase return on our ad spend over time.* Perform data analyses and post campaign evaluations to derive campaign performance and customer insights* Producing actionable insights on customer behavior based on campaign results and analysis, both from individual campaigns and aggregated review of communication results behavior.* Generate recommendations for campaign optimizations based on analytical findings and forecast campaign results based on historical campaign performance.* Develop customer insights by utilizing data to understand customer buying behavior and provide direction as to potential opportunities in marketing.* Synthesize existing business intelligence reports and current trend data to support recommendations of action.* Demonstrate strong business and analytical acumen when reviewing data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.* Leverage expert SQL programming skills to run extensive customer transaction data queries across large volumes of data, multiple data extensions, and campaign history.* Develop and implement weekly reporting for the enterprise on customer segment performance, trends, and key behavior drivers.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, analytics, statistics or equivalent experience* Five (5) plus years of solid experience related to consumer databases and exposure to data-driven marketing programs* 3+ years of experience in business analytics* Quantitative skills and an understanding of statistical methodsPrincetonOne is an equal opportunity employer.
