CO. Seeks 10k/10q Accountant A publicly traded company in the creative sector is seeking an External reporting and technical accounting professional to run their SEC department. The company has been actively acquiring companies and they will be responsible for the post acquisition integration of the entities (impairment of Goodwill) , technical accounting research and interpretation as well as partnering with the legal team , reviewing 8K filings and press releases. The company has plans to expand into the international market which will offer a great opportunity for this person to eventually build their own team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 plus years of SEC experience (ideally front to back 10k 10Q) strong understanding of GAAP and researching technical accounting issues.
