To apply, contact toya.lawson@bridgepartnersllc.comMonday - FridayResponsibilities:Provides leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting teamAnalyzes and interprets the organization's financial position in order to provide the appropriate financial perspective and strategic recommendations to the Executive Director and members of the senior management teamManages the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversees the preparation of all financial reportingPlans and coordinates the annual budget process.Monitors the accuracy and timeliness of the data produced by the Controller's/Accounting Department, as well as the structure and adequacy of the systems and staff gathering the data.Coordinates treasury functions, including cash management, debt management and monitoring of investment performance.Makes financial presentations to and insures that a clear, direct line of communication exists to the Executive Director and the Board and that a strong system of internal controls is maintainedParticipates on the Finance, Investment, Audit and 403(b) Administrative committees of the Catholic Charities Board.Managers the IT function, insuring that the agency's technology needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.Oversees external consulting relationships dealing with executive compensation and benefits.Manages the Operations/Facilities and Purchasing operations insuring that goods and services are being procured in a professional manner, which uses the organization's group purchasing power to the greatest extent possible and that its space and environmental needs are met.Manages the agency leasing operations insuring leases are managed appropriately.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Masters degree in Finance or Managerial Accounting, or the equivalent in experienceCPA preferredAt least 10 years' experience in the finance industry with at least 5 years managerial experience, preferably in the non-profit industryCatholic Charities offers a competitive salary and benefits program.
