Human Resource - Admin Assistant SupportApply their advanced skills and experience in processing personnel transactions and detailed knowledge of business processes to administer human resource processes. HR Specialist is qualified to perform tasks such as: -Input data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) -Provide assistance on employee records -Process personnel transactions -Prepare human resource reports Other Job Specific SkillsAs WebTA Timekeeper Arranger, set up new employee profiles, correct timecards as needed, update accounting codes as well as provide guidance to other timekeepers as required.Attend Morning Update meetings every Tuesday and Thursdays to go over Director calendars. (ie calendar entries)Answer OHCS front office phone calls on a bi-monthly basis.Provide Executive Level Support to the Director of OHCS, (Acting) Deputy Director and Chief of StaffMonitor and review OHCS staff timesheets for accuracy prior to validation.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or 3 years related experience3-Years of experience in Human Resource business processes
