Our Talent Acquisition team works across our community to find the best talent to meet our business goals and help us drive change where our country needs it most. As our Recruiter, you will own the candidate-facing side of the recruiting cycle to identify top contributors to elevate our organization and vision. Every day, you will review applications, identify candidates to interview, conduct behavior-based interviews, and make recommendations to your Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for the top candidates to invest further in. To thrive in this role, your strength is in superior follow-up and follow-through, driving effective hiring recommendations, and taking ownership of the candidate experience from application to offer. Your Responsibilities IncludeApplying good judgement and effective prioritization to manage incoming applications and make timely decisions on feedback and next stepsConducting behavioral interviews by phone or video to assess knowledge, skills, and values based on alignment to our visionOwning an elevated candidate experience through high touch communication by call, email, or other means to set expectations and build meaningful relationships towards a successful placementPartnering with TABPs to understand the talent needs of the organization so you can effectively represent the role to candidates and evaluate potential fitLeveraging market knowledge and insights gained through interviews and application review to make recommendations to TABPs informing possible pivots in recruiting strategyActing as a resource to job seekers by learning, understanding, and effectively articulating concepts including our Market-Based Management(R) philosophy, compensation philosophy, benefits offerings, and the principles that inform them Identifying ways to experiment and innovate with the screening process and candidate experienceMaintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activitiesKnowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization3+ years of professional office environment experience and at least 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, application management, or project management roleExcitement for the candidate-facing side of recruitingDemonstrated judgement in driving recommendations Superior time/task management and productivity skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcitement and alignment with our vision and belief that free people can do extraordinary thingsAbility to evaluate candidates based on role requirements and needs to identify their best leveraged opportunityExperience making well-informed hiring recommendationsSuccess in building trust and rapport with candidatesRecord of success in compensation negotiationDemonstrated ability to be nimble, flexible, and entrepreneurial Experience working on various roles and in a high-volume environmentExperience with and knowledge of screening, behavioral interviewing, selection and candidate assessmentThe willingness and desire to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to take on additional responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook About UsStand Together helps social entrepreneurs supercharge their efforts to help people improve their lives.
