Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading bank seeking a Branch Customer Service Associate Supervisor for a contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities: Accept deposits, verify cash drawers, reconcile night depository, and ATM Accept payments for all loans/lines of credit, and redeem savings bonds when necessary. Handle processing/issuance of official bank checks and credit card cash advances Balance cash daily and maintain adherence to security procedures and sole control of cash drawer and assigned cash limit Prepare currency transaction reports and monetary instrument logs in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations Open new accounts and serve as safe deposit custodian as well as assist with branch opening and closing Order and ship currency within compliance of branch cash limits Qualifications/Background Profile: At least 1 year of customer service experience - banking experience preferred Prior supervisory experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Download the Sparks Group Jobs mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.
