Scope of Responsibility: *Timely processing of bi-weekly full-process payroll runs, including month, quarter, and year-end payroll reporting.*Coordinate recruitment activities, including the administration of external job postings (ie, Indeed, LinkedIn, State Unemployment Sites)*Conduct phone screens, interviews and administer qualifying tests such as Wonderlic and Caliper *Professionally represent our client at recruiting events.*Manage Employee Relations programs such as Milestone Service Awards, Strive for 25, and other employee recognition initiatives.*Create and maintain forms, spreadsheets, and other reporting mechanisms and data analysis tools for accurate reporting.*Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through with tasks efficiently. *Possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills*Exhibit goal-oriented behaviors and time management principles*Exude a customer-focused attitude *Apply extensive attention to detail to all tasks*Toggle between projects and responsibilities with ease*Work well in a team environment*Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs*Minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative support preferred - emphasis on full-cycle payroll*Bachelor's Degree preferredJob Requirements:*Possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills*Exhibit goal-oriented behaviors and time management principles*Exude a customer-focused attitude *Apply extensive attention to detail to all tasks*Toggle between projects and responsibilities with ease*Work well in a team environment*Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs*Minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative support preferred - emphasis on full-cycle payroll*Bachelor's Degree preferred
