Capital City Nurses is hiring a dynamic, energetic, and motivated Recruiter. This position is responsible for hiring Home Health Care professionals, ie CNAs, PCAs and LPNs, who are assigned to work with our senior clients across the greater Loudon County/NOVA area. The role will proactively source and identify candidates, maintain a pipeline of future candidates, and ensure that the recruiting experience represents the company culture and values.**This is a HIGH-VOLUME recruiting role, filling 30+ positions monthly. **Responsibilities:Maintain applicant flow processes for screening resumes, reviewing credentials, and scheduling/coordinating interviewsProactively source candidates to meet weekly recruitment goalsLeverage all aspects of sourcing to develop a candidate pool through job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, and employee referralsEnsure applicant files are reviewed for completion including application, credentials, reference and background checks, and any applicable application feesEnsure compliance with regulations and employment lawsAnalyze applicant flow and make recommendations for sourcing caregiversEvaluate candidates during application review, screening, and interview processDemonstrate a customer service orientation toward hiring managers in meeting their talent needs and applicants during the interview processPresent new hire orientation and update presentation materials as neededMaintain applicant tracking systems in deactivating applications that are not viable and notifying applicants.Support other administrative human resources functionsQualifications:2 years full-cycle recruiting experienceUndergraduate degree in related field preferredGoal-oriented and numbers drivenProven and effective time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskCustomer service driven and attention to detail is a mustProficiency with MS Office products'
