Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for full life-cycle management for projects of all sizes, including organization and management of resources and activities for bidding, planning, materials purchasing and management, installation, budget-tracking, and project close out. In addition, for certain programs / projects, the Project Manager will work as member of a larger Project Management Team.The Project Manager focus is on delivering World Class Customer Experience and Quality. They are integral to the account team and is key in building the trusted relationship with the customer. (Salary $85,000.00 - $100,000.00) Area of Coverage is MD.,Va. and DC. Responsibilities: Execution on all assigned OTRs (Objectives, Targets, Results). Active participation in CFR discussions. Conform and adhere to all responsibilities within the Operational Guidelines throughout the phases of: Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post-Installation. Monitor all aspects of project plans to ensure milestones, timelines, and budget targets are met. Monitor Risks and initiate necessary Proactive and Corrective Actions Manage Change Control and Procure change orders Manage Vision team and/or subcontractors/vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work. Monitor and drive the quality assurance process during all phases of the project. Continuously expand / farm existing Accounts for additional opportunities to introduce other Vision services. Look for new opportunities with new clients that enable Vision to provide A/V, security, Wireless/DAS, and/or network infrastructure services. Maintain data and system integrityo Ensure accurate system data for engagement set upo Aligning all contract documents (PO, Contract, Proposal, PnL)o Proper billing schedule Performing weekly reviews of:o Project / Field Budget Trackerso Project Metrics systemo Invoicing dueo Pending Awardso Accounts Receivableso System dates Understands critical importance of both customer experience and customer service.
