Sales Executive- Life SciencesFull timePreferably from DC area Salary: 110k-120k per annum as baseFocalCXM is passionate about empowering customer facing teams in the Life Sciences industry. With a strong Product Management mindset, we solve problems creatively, deliver remarkable experiences to enterprise users and enable organizations to maximize their investments in enterprise platforms.FocalCXM is looking for a Sales Executive with strong experience in selling Life Sciences Industry Cloud Solutions and Services (Pharma and MedTech). The Executive should have the ability and willingness to position FocalCXM (a relatively small and nimble company with laser focus around Life Sciences). This person must have strong business value presentation skills and be comfortable presenting at all levels of an organization and selling as an individual as well as part of a larger team.ResponsibilitiesCreate and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accountsGenerate business opportunities through professional networking and cold callingDrive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotasOwn the sales cycle - from lead generation to closureDevelop strategic territory business planMaintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA systemGenerate leads from tradeshows and regional networking eventsEnsure 100% customer satisfaction and retentionRequirementsA proven sales hunter and closer.5+ years of Enterprise Software and Consulting Sales experienceExperience selling to Life Sciences CustomersStrong understanding of Veeva, Salesforce and the Life Sciences Cloud eco-system.Proven track record of sales excellenceBe able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
