Shore United Bank is looking for an Electronic Banking Representative to join our team. The Electronic Banking Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the electronic banking operations function. Additional responsibilities are as follows:Essential FunctionsProcess ATM card orders and prepare necessary documentation to ensure that the card is properly routed.Maintain accurate records on ATM cards; research record keeping errors and facilitate corrections.Coordinate balancing of Switch reports, communication with management and with data processing, etc.Assist with processing of various customer ACH transactions that are electronically received.Assist with the approving of pending account additions to customer's online banking profiles.Approve online banking applications after appropriate training.Respond and fulfill customers messages in online banking. Resolve customer questions/issues and unlock customer's online banking profiles as needed.Assist with uncomplicated Online Banking bill pay issues for customers.Enter wires into DirectLine Wires (domestic & international) after appropriate training.Prove Directline Wires at end of day coordinating balancing with the Finance Department.Enter wires into M & T Treasury Center for international transmission after appropriate training.
