This includes, but is not limited to email, content, social media, trade shows, and other forms of advertising. Ideal candidate will possess strong project and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.Job Description:Email, Social Media, & Content Marketing: Plan, write, edit email copy and graphics for email communications supporting legal, consulting, and training servicesMarketing Automation through the use of HubSpot for lead generation and lead nurturing programs.Manage the practice's social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedInCreate shareable content to inform our audience about latest industry trends, company news, our services, etc.Manage all content creation ie, blog calendar, free webinars and other resources like videos, brochures, one-sheets etc., to be used in lead nurturingHubSpot: Utilize the platform for Marketing Automation included, but not limited to, email, forms, onsite chat, etc.Work with department team members to track all leads through integrated reportingUse HubSpot to identify the effectiveness and impact of all marketing initiatives and adjust to optimize accordingly; ensure the marketing budget is allocated appropriatelyWebsite Management:Continuously evaluate the design and functionality of website and make thoughtful and significant recommendations for improvementUse WordPress to maintain and update content-related web pages, like the blog, the homepage, slider, employee profiles, event pages, etc.Marketing Collateral:Support the creation of marketing content like promotional flyers, brochures, banners, PowerPoint presentations, etc.Requirements:BA/BS degree in marketing or related field3+ years of marketing experience; previous experience working for a law firm is a plus.
