For more information, visit: www.medcerts.com.General DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist will primary be responsible for supporting the company and marketing team's CRM and email automation efforts, and landing page development for both the B2C and B2B sides of the business, managing social media accounts, and assisting in project managing marketing requests and any additional support that is needed on projects within the marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will also be the primary person responsible for the creation, management, and distribution of sales tools to the Regional Workforce and B2B teams, and the student facing collateral and materials we produce. The marketing team plays a large role across the organization, so the Marketing Specialist will have opportunities to learn new skills and grow in their role.General Duties And Responsibilities Assist in supporting the Content Manager and Sr. Director of Marketing in developing and executing compelling digital marketing and automation campaigns for MedCerts' B2C and B2B channels. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop HubSpot campaign workflows. Apply best practices for conversion rate optimization across ads, emails and landing pages. Work with IT Salesforce Marketing Automation experts to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and to maintain data integrity. Keep up to date on disruptive marketing strategies and provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption Apply best practices for conversion rate emails, landing pages and organic social media channels. Monitor and maintain data quality in CRMs and other applications used for business analytics Manage assigned MedCerts Social Media Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) by posting, monitoring, replying, etc. Support email efforts for marketing, sales, and student services or as assigned for MedCerts Business and Marketing strategies Conduct various market research to identify channels and strategies used and needed to reach current targets to generate business objectives including trade publications, business and market trends, competitors. Drive key global messages to regional and customer levels. Write effective copy across a variety of platforms emails, landing pages, and social media channels. Work with the marketing and vendor teams to ensure optimized design, copy, and calls to action. Gain a close understanding of our student and business channel audiences. Create, manage and distribute materials for company including sales flyers, presentation decks, email templates, digital display, and marketing campaigns. Create, build and/or update in-agency and digital collateral marketing materials including program sheets, guides, catalogs, flyers and bi-fold brochures. Independently and collaboratively contribute to numerous projects working interdepartmentally throughout the MedCerts organization to achieves goals and/or objectives. Distribute sales and marketing materials for interdepartmental teams including Regional Workforce, B2B, and other MedCerts program outreach teams. Monitor and maintain data quality in CRMs and other applications used for business analytics. Support all Business objectives by contributing professional, "fresh" ideas to adapt to business changes and trends. Produce content that drives action to support the campaign and business goals. Support all Business objectives by contributing professional, "fresh" ideas to adapt to business changes and trends.Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Advertising, Communications, etc.) Min. 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications Previous HubSpot or other CRM automation tool experience Working knowledge of SEO Experience working with Google Analytics and pulling analytics from various marketing platforms (eg, HubSpot, Salesforce and more). Proficient Working Level of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, Hangouts/Calendar/Docs/Slides) Experience working in Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.) Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written using multiple communication channels and platforms (phone, text, media, etc.) Demonstrated experience with integrated marketing funnel and knowledge in lead process and flow, preferably with B2C and B2B audiences. Hands-on experience with other working marketing technologies including: WordPress and HootSuite. Ability to effectively work in Adobe photoshop, InDesign and Canva.
