ProLink Solutions is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. ProLink Solutions is a software company centrally located in the Denver Metro area, serving customers nationally across the affordable housing industry. Customers on ProLink Solutions technology platform include state and local government agencies, financial institutions, real estate developers and property managers. This position may be required to travel in the future to attend industry events and conferences. ProLink Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of enterprise software products to serve the affordable housing industry. On our platform, our public sector customers manage various federal- and state-level, rental and homeownership programs. Our private sector customers rely on our platform to manage their investment in affordable housing assets. Our latest product helps manage state-level agencies in deployment of Homeowner Assistance Fund to provide financial assistance to homeowners struggling due to COVID-19.You will be reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing and will work side by side with our marketing team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the VP of S&M in sales pipeline reporting and participate in our bi-weekly sales dashboard meeting.Monitor active sales opportunities/prospects assigned to you and manage relationships with prospective customers on an ongoing basis.Daily monitor new RFP/RFI published across the industry.Manage RFP/RFI responses in terms of formulating strategy/plan based on published requirements, coordinating response writing tasks across multiple functions, and taking each RFP/RFI through the finish line.Lead new sales opportunities, including initial discovery and demo meetings.Formulate a demo strategy/plan and lead product demonstration supported by Product team member(s).QualificationsBachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in a technical sales roleExperience conducting technology product demonstrationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups, and create and deliver effective presentationsExperience in RFP/RFI proposal writingB2B sales experience, particularly in enterprise software salesFamiliarity with the affordable housing industry is a plus.Who We AreWe are small group of passionate people working to create great products, supported by a positive and diverse company culture.We are constantly searching for the 'better way' in both technology and process innovation.Integrity and respect are of utmost importance in communication between each other.Employees are rewarded based on performance.We strive to create a work environment that reflects our values, which includes support of work/life balance and very competitive benefits.We are striving to improve our diversity of viewpoints, backgrounds, and experiences amongst our employees with every addition to our team.If you are passionate about your craft and want to make a difference while having fun in a small business atmosphere- ProLink is the place to be!
