We are seeking a Manager of UX Design Operations to join our outstanding team to support the implementation and management of a companywide UX operations strategy.Reporting to the Head of Product Design, this new role will focus on building scalable infrastructures from the ground up and support a healthy design team and culture across people, programs and tools.You will be responsible for improving our user experience and ensuring consistency across all digital user touch-points, by developing repeatable, efficient UX processes and templates and achieving companywide alignment to best-in-class design practices and governance.Responsibilities Help ensure design consistency across all digital touch-points Manage our design systems and tooling. Identify team needs with regard to process, tools, documentation, file management, etc. Deliver organizational support for key projects/programs: key communications, meeting documentation, and scheduling. Join the design leadership team as a member who helps coordinate the collaboration and synthesis of design strategy across multiple product areas. Improve flows of communication from working teams up to design leadership, and outward to partners, the executive team, and the company. Manage the flow of product design work as it moves from design to development Define the goals and measures of success for design operations. Allow the design team to focus their time on designing and shipping great products and ensure design has a high bar for quality. Implement new tools with designers, researchers, and cross-functional partners to solve for our growing need to collaborate. Establish and keep up-to-date documentation of how the design team works. Work with engineers as they build and support UI kit Iterate based on findings from research, experiments, and feedback integrate learnings from design sprints into our design guidelines. Share finding with stakeholdersRequirements 5+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or design strategy. Have built operations teams and programs at scale. Experience and understanding of product development process between engineering, product management and product design. Have developed or improved design processes working with your partners such as marketing, and engineering. Familiarity with design systems and design tools such as Figma, Sketch. Great communication at every level with the ability to flex between executives and team members.
