Are you motivated by helping our Key Accounts Team increase their productivity and pilot exciting new initiatives?If you answered yes to all the above - and you've got the track record to back it up - read on!How you'll make a difference:Learn all the KAM skills while providing proactive and timely support to our existing big relationships in the programPilot new service offerings and initiatives that help the KAM team test and scale new and impactful offerings for our clientsBuild strong working relationships with clients and genuinely understand their unique needsBe the customer's voice within Custom Ink - empowering cross-functional internal teams to deliver world-class results and improve the entire customer experience.What you'll do:Building a trusted and lasting advisor relationship with key accounts, internal stakeholders, and executive sponsors while serving as the expert for your portfolio of accountsWorking with leadership to scope and execute new pilot initiatives for potential scaling to KAM and sales at largeSupporting the Key Accounts Team customers by providing amazing customer service when a Key Account Manager is unavailable (PL)Connecting with clients over the phone, e-mail, via GHO, and occasionally in person to help solidify the trust relationship between the key account manager, Custom Ink, and the clientResearching and analyzing Custom Ink clients to understand and anticipate those clients' needs, and then communicating and promoting Custom Ink products and services to those key clients, based on that research and analysisTranslating key needs into product offerings, working with other Custom Ink teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the client is satisfiedWorking both independently and collaboratively to forecast/track key account opportunities, assist with high-severity requests and escalations, and iterate and evolve best practices, guidelines, and systemsIdentifying new opportunities, areas for improvement both for key clients and internally as part of the Key Accounts teamNegotiating quotes, closing orders, and ensuring timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives while clearly communicating with all involvedHow you'll be measured :Net RevenueNew Customer Acquisition (via referrals)Calls, Appointments setCustomer EngagementCRM UtilizationSuccess of Pilots and ProjectsWhat we're looking for:Ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing startup environment, including a demonstrated ability to adapt to and learn new processesDemonstrated ability to communicate genuinely and effectively at all levels of an organization and across customer segmentsExperience with and ability to deliver customer-focused solutionsProven organization, planning, attention to detail, and follow up skills while managing multiple projects and or clientsExcellent communication skills including listening, questioning, verbal, and writtenExceptional ability to collaborate, work independently, or operate as part of a team and the decision-making skills to know which is needed and whenGeneral business acumenSelf-motivation and a competitive "fire"A' A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitudeExperience working within Salesforce or other CRM a plusPrior experience in sales and outbound customer outreach a plusThe Perks!Working for a nationally & locally recognized top employer with competitive pay, benefits, and perks15 paid days off in your first year.
