About the RoleOur Cybersecurity practice has an immediate opening for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will assist in the tactical execution of an integrated marketing plan and will support related efforts such as campaigns, programs and activities.This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of marketing activities and grow your career. The Marketing Associate will work directly with the Marketing team to deliver an integrated marketing approach, build brand awareness for Cybersecurity and drive revenue.What You'll DoThe Marketing Associate role will include but is not limited to:Execute internal and external, integrated marketing campaigns accurately and on-timeDevelop and build out marketing process and programs such as events and sponsorships or content generation to support the marketing strategySupport events, conferences and sponsorship opportunities (both virtual and in person) from contract execution and project planning to post-event follow-upProactively initiate, draft, and coordinate award submissionsTrack and analyze marketing KPIs and reporting on marketing tests; apply learnings for future marketing opportunitiesSupport high value pursuits including the development of PowerPoint pitch materialsPrepare social media content and messaging for social media channels, content hub, and newsletters, in addition to social media kits for FTI professionalsConduct independent research on industry trends and target accounts to inform marketing messagingLiaise with marketing teams in other segments to ensure consistency of storytelling and collaborate on marketing of FTI's cybersecurity capabilities across the companyManage consistency in branding by ensuring marketing materials and assets are aligned with brand guidelinesDraft and coordinate the production of print/online marketing materials such as brochures, service sheets, case studies, etc.Obtain legal and other corporate required approvals prior to publishing of articles, news releases, etc.Coordinate efforts to research and analyze target contacts and companies, while gathering updated executive names and contact information for relationship developmentAssist with biography management and administrative needsHelp to facilitate team building activitiesHow You'll GrowExposure to a large consulting firm environmentActively participate in building Cybersecurity's marketing function, implement process improvement strategies, and directly demonstrate impactGain experience in a wide variety of marketing and campaign related activities from events to social media.Actively help position and build FTI Consulting's brand in the Cybersecurity marketplace to drive long term revenue growth.Focus on designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing core marketing and communication programs for both internal and external audiencesGain industry knowledge and work with subject matter expertsBasic QualificationsStrong orientation to detailExcellent verbal, written communication, proofreading skills and ability to synthesize complex topics to be relatable and engagingComfortable working in a fast-moving team seeking hyper-growthPassionate about learning from data and outcomes to deliver valueStrong organization, prioritization and follow-up/follow-throughAbility to comprehend internal and external marketing needsEnthusiastic learner and strategic thinker who enjoys finding a solution for any challengeDriven to proactively build and improve processProficient in Microsoft Office 365Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited four-year college or universityThis role may require travel to clients and FTI officesCOVID Vaccine required*Individuals seeking an exemption from this requirement for medical or religious reasons should complete a request for accommodation form by contacting recruitingsupport@ .Desired Qualifications:Communications or marketing educationExperience with project managementEvent and/or Conference sponsorship planning and execution experience desiredExperience with social media channelsExperience managing with outside creative agencies and vendorsAdobe Creative Suite, Video editing software.
