Your commitment to be outstanding, do what matters, take care, stay curious and live the truth will distinguish the living experience provided at a Dweck community.We?re looking for:Experience in apartment maintenance or hotel engineering.HVAC, EPA certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment).Plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, dry-wall repair, and maintenance experience.The ability to lift, push and pull up 50 pounds to climb stairs, ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.Personal transportation and valid Driver?s License to use during workday and throughout community.Enthusiasm towards delivering an unexpected level of outstanding customer service.A strong team player who works for the good of the property team and prioritizes others.Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity.A desire and commitment to uphold Dweck Team Member Commitments.The ability to use a smart phone and computer for completing work orders and time sheets.The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to team members and customers.Knowledge of laws, EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents and flammables.
