We are looking for a CFO who will have oversight for the daily operations of the accounting/finance function while partnering with the broader senior management team to drive the strategic financial growth of the company. Possess and perform with an executive level knowledge and understanding of the financial, accounting, and operations functions of the organization, and support the President and executive management team in achieving the organization's vision, goals and objectives.2. Serve as a strategic partner to the President, operation independently, effectively and within the timelines of agreed upon initiatives.3. Function as an advisor to the President on financial aspects of various contracts.4. Interface with outside audit firms(s), tax preparers, banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agent(s), and credit card companies5. Maintain internal control safeguards and identifies and manages financial and operation risks to ensure appropriate controls.6. Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Prepare accurate mid-year forecasts as needed by Company officers to assist with business and tax planning.7. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions8. Provide a visionary and leadership implementation role on behalf of Finance9.0Maintain record-keeping systems that meet the Company's operational and regulatory requirements and protect the Company's assets, including periodic verification of their existence and condition10. Participate with the Company's officers in the assurance of adequate risk management plans, including the adequacy and cost effectiveness of insurance coverage of risks11. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting2. 5+ years' experience; 3 of which must be in a supervisory role3. 3 years' minimum public accounting experience4.
