Whether you're based in finance or Human Resources, Legal, Communications or IT, you'll be a force for good - someone who is trusted, empowered and supported to make a genuine, lasting impression on our organization.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Area Human Resources Manager (AHRM) to be located in our Maryland / DC Metro market and will report to the Regional Director of Human Resources for the Southeast Region.This position will be a key member of the Mid-Atlantic ReadyRefresh leadership team.The Area HR Manager will partner with leadership to drive performance and continued enhancement of the organization's culture and capability supporting an area containing 10 route facilities with approximately 325 employees. Facilities are based in throughout the state of NJ, PA, MD, and VA.QualificationsKey responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Minimum of 5 years' experience in a human resources generalist/leadership role in a progressive HR department Bachelor's degree required.Strong business acumen and HR leadership experience with a proven track record of acting as a strategic HR business partner in an operations environment.Experience in proactive employee relations, recruitment and staffingEmployee relations including fact finding, managing conflicts and developing win/win solutions)Ability to lead though influence in a collaborate environmentDemonstrated experience partnering with clients on solving business/operational issuesKnowledge of state and federal employment law including HR technical knowledge of EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment and worker's compensation.Demonstrated communication abilities at multiple levels of the organizationDemonstrated organization skills leading to the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentAbility and willingness to travel each week (up to 50%)BlueTriton Brands is the nation's leading bottled water company.
