If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in Corporate Finance for our Deal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Actively pursue business development opportunities and originate new client engagements for the firm within the consumer products sectorDevelop prospect and referral networks and support firm efforts in developing and executing business development and marketing strategiesLead deal teams on a variety of transactions from initial client pitch to transaction closingManage day-to-day aspects of client relationships, transactions, and investment banking teams and serve as primary client contact on engagementsProvide leadership, professional development and mentoring for junior staffQualifications:Fifteen-plus years of experience at boutique or regional investment bank; ten years of experience in consumer productsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance or a similar disciplineLicensed FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79 preferredProven track record of new business development and originating and closing investment banking engagementsEstablished relationships and contacts with private equity firms, middle market businesses, and referral sourcesAbility to travel 50% of the timeKPMG LLP (the US member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
