Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, including basic carpentry, masonry, electrical, heating/air-conditioning, plumbing, painting, mechanical and floor/wall coating installation to support the business operation.If you have experience in building maintenance, construction, or mechanical background and the following qualities, we will train you in the rest:Ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility work independentlyAttention to detailDemonstrated dependabilityResponsibilitiesAbility to communicate and follow directionLocal to the area (no relocation)With plenty of room for growth, you can enjoy a long and meaningful career with Charles River. Must be able to follow verbal directions. Demonstrated ability to perform independently and as team member.
