DescriptionThe Fulfillment Specialist role performs advanced clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature in a fast paced environment. The position requires the application of various complex methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s). The position requires routine decision making without consulting supervisor and the ability to prioritize.Primary responsibility is to open mail and take appropriate steps for each piece to ensure regulatory guidelines and bank policies are followed.Customer outreach is required.Proven collaborative work ethic is required.QualificationsWorks to meet all SLAsCompletion of multiple daily functions in an accurate and timely fashion, using advanced analytical skills is requiredMay work independently on special projects often interacting with all levels of management, serving as a resource of the business unitCapable of solving problems in assigned areasResearch routine customer inquiries as appropriateWill determine the source of problems and work to resolve them accurately and within quality control and service level agreement requirementsUtilize knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to help minimize financial risk to the bank and detailed knowledge of multiple systems to solve problemsProvide excellent customer service to internal and/or external customersMay include reporting responsibilities which may entail creating, monitoring and analyzingMay assume department administrative duties as requiredMay interface with other departments on projects or initiativesMay require multi-tasking and cross training within the departmentPerform other duties as assigned2 - 3 years Operations experience, experience working in an operations environment preferably financial institutionMust possess ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced, deadline oriented environmentAdvanced problem solving skills and analytical skillsStrong compliance/regulatory environment knowledge/skillsStrong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skillsStrong ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with all levels of colleaguesExcellent customer service skillsStrong product knowledgeSolid knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Advanced knowledge of department computer applications and systemsStrong PC skillsHigh School or Equivalent required, Associate Degree preferredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PMWhy Work for UsAt Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
