Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Overview: The qualified candidate will perform HIPOT testing and cable & harness continuity and isolation troubleshooting for both sub-assemblies and upper level Cable & Harness production deliverables. A high level aptitude for Cable and harness continuity miss wire troubleshooting is desired.Minimum Background, Experience and RequirementsMust be able to pass NASA-STD-8739.4a certificationMinimum of a High School diploma and 4 years of related experience,Cable & Harness Assembler experience in manufacturing, troubleshooting, repairing, or testing electronic equipment or wiringKnowledge of ESD product handling, standard safety procedures and PPE requirementsStrong working knowledge of Continuity, Isolation, Die-Electric, and Insulation Resistance testing principlesBasic math skillsEager desire to learn on the jobStrong organizational, planning and analytical skillsMust be able to organize to meet deadlinesReliable transportation, professional appearance and attitudeMust demonstrate effective verbal, written and communication skillsAdditional Responsibilities Tasks and SkillsUse of various commercial test equipment's such as Fluke or Keithley DMMs, computer based testing systems such as DIT-MCO / Cirrus.Can read and navigate Wire-Lists, Drawings, Work Instructions, schematics, Engineering directivesTest and troubleshoot sub-assembly and upper assemblies with precision according to system specifications.Identifies electro-mechanical defects or failures at the system level and follows company procedures operational sheets to remedyMay interface with Harness Engineering regarding technical issues and design resolutions.Must be computer literate and able to navigate production related softwareMust be able to digitally enter and retrieve information for configuration and traceability purposesPerforms other duties and responsibilities as required or directed.Salary Range: 28 - 39Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
