Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in collaboration with a public accounting, tax and global consulting firm is searching for a driven Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for contract preparation, administration, management, and close-out. They will provide pricing analysis support for proposals against government cost estimates, and consulting support on acquisition related issues from cradle-to-grave. Responsibilities:

  • Cradle to grave contracts management including modification, compliance, preparation, and contract negotiation with clients
  • Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions, formulate strategy for pricing and negotiation
  • Maintain continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met with legal requirements, specifications, and regulations
  • Participate in internal Request for Proposal (RFP) and review meetings, final negotiations, and draft/finalization of contract and provide inputs for pricing strategies
  • Create reports and models based on RFP requirements to predict project profitability and gross margin
  • Compile and analyze RFP results; prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to management
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contractual agreements to include NDAs, MOUs, and SLAs
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Position requires US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Finance or related field required
  • 3+ years of contract administration experience required
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and acquisition planning
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experiencing or knowledge of content management systems such as SharePoint, Salesforce etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret complex reports, and related documentations
  • Detail and Process oriented; ability to build and foster successful working relationships
  • Ability to handled multiple ongoing projects and prioritize based on current need
