The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analysis, Senior Manager to support a Federal Government clientat our Arlington, VA location.

  • Support the Bureau in each domestic financial system Helpdesk support at the Tier 2 and Tier 3 level .
  • Utilize various Department of State's to assist with complex user issues.
  • Research, compile, and summarize data as needed for management.
  • Monitor and track issue resolution working closely with different software vendors and administrators.
  • Assist with complex special projects and analysis tasks related to financial systems and output.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, andcourteously to customers, co-workers, andmanagement regarding all aspects of the job,including system problems, user procedures,error correction, account problems, training,and overview briefings.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of Financial Analyst experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field
  • Governmental budget experience
  • Possess superior organizational, oral andwritten communication skills.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft officeproducts (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Experience with Momentum Financials
  • Microsoft certifications
