Duties

The incumbent will:
  • Assists the supervisor in preparing and coordinating production schedules along with maintaining adequate resources for the production of all printing requests.
  • Serves as the point of contact and contracting officer's representative for the cost-per-copy contract.
  • Manages the department's workload database and generates management reports as needed.
  • Monitors the budget and expenses associated with copiers, and maintenance contracts, maintained by the print shop. Serves as the purchase card holder for ASPD.

VACCINE REQUIREMENT:

Consistent with Executive Order 14043 and with guidance by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Federal employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 regardless of the employee's duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law. Qualifications

Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for GS-1654-11 . Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-9 level in the Federal service, taking requirements for a variety of specialized printing requests, and producing each part of the resulting work products.

Those applicants who meet the minimum qualification requirements will be evaluated against these factors to determine the best-qualified candidates. Failure to provide a detailed description of relevant experience and/or education in your resume will automatically disqualify the candidate from employment consideration.
  • Skill in production management and printing analysis to enable the creation of weekly production schedules to fulfill incoming requests.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain all copiers within the copier program, including providing technical data to supervisor for approval.
  • Skill in using computer software (i.e. MS Excel, Word, Access and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Skill in federal financial management and procurement procedures and operations.
