Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain growing pipeline of businesses, government customers, defense industrial base, etc.
- Create and implement go-to-market plans to provide solutions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Manage the closing process and manage resources to develop internal sales process
- Market solutions, drive expectations and create demonstrations, white papers, RFIs, etc.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop forecasts, reports, and briefings for Executive Management
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop strategies for competitive analysis, price analysis, white papers and proposals
- Manage CRM and develop customer account plans with profiles and highlighting customer needs
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree required (engineering, science or business preferred)
- Min 5 years in Business Development role (sales, marketing, BD)
- Proven track record of B2B and B2G with average contract of $500k- $5M
- Experience in support of teams performing TSCM, SIGINT/EW, or Physical and Technical Security
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients
- Knowledge of marketing, contract development and project management
- Must be clearable (U.S. Citizen and clear background)
