Provide Program Management of the Surface Combatant Systems Engineering & Software Integration contract. The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, the authority to commit the Contractor to specific courses of action. Clearly articulate and document project status information to the Government that will ensure the team accomplishes quality on-time delivery of contracted requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

Interface with customer and be the customer point of contact.

Responsible for organizing, coordinating, controlling and reporting the status of all contract activities related to this contract, including activities assigned to subcontractors, to ensure the on-time delivery of all supplies and services specified in this contract.

Ensure technical and non-technical program and project issues are on track and resolved and processes are in place to track contract compliance.

Manage all personnel and financial resources for current program to include hiring, supervision, professional development, training, performance management and employee actions as required.

Manage all budget forecasting and budget execution.

Manage and report subcontractor performance.

Monitor project compliance with organizational process standards.

Measure and understand the quality and efficiency of DCS work. Report cost, schedule and technical performance to DCS senior leadership.

Facilitate participation by the large number of organizations contributing to the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS)-based and AEGIS Combat System (ACS)-based software, including establishing relationships with key entities participating in development.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree plus 20 years of experience.

DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance.

Experience with Risk Management to include the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks.

Experience with full life cycle software engineering, prior experience in project management, budget development, management, and execution.

Experience leading agile development Programs.

Experience managing large (> 50M) DoD Programs.
