Job Summary/Company: Our client, a global marketing and communications firm, is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to support its sales solutions team with various functions. This position is designed to alleviate high volume of work that is impacting multiple departments including quality assurance, finance and sales. If you have strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills, this could be the position for you!

This will be a part-time position, working 20-30 hours per week.
  • Sending needed invoice reminders to customers
  • Sending ad material reminders to customers
  • Basic data entry into Salesforce CRM
  • Proofing to verify accuracy of ad before publishing
  • Providing other basic support of contracts in Salesforce
  • Providing other basic accounting support
  • Meet regularly with assigned sales project leads to communicate and collaborate
  • Communicate effectively with external customers and internal team members to ensure flawless execution of work
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Experience in a professional services company delivering customer experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Salesforce experience a plus
