Manager, Agile Delivery Lead

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll support and coach your teams toward high performance by empowering them to leverage the Lean and Agile methods. You will enable quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. The Agile Delivery Lead will optimize team delivery, manage process, facilitate defining and breaking down the work with leads and the team. You will drive productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals and preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.

General Responsibilities:
  • Work with Initiative Leads and teams to break down work and prioritize work Works with Initiative Leads to actively manage team capacity and maintain focus on the highest priority tasks
  • Establish the flow of the work and management practices in Jira
  • Ensures team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
  • Owns change management and communication plans for processes and Initiatives
  • Coaches and drives the team to define Objective and Known Results (OKRs) for delivery and measures performance against them
  • Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress while integrating Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products
  • Be well managed - understand and coach the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize operational and other risks
  • Manages upstream/downstream dependencies and to support the team in risk management
  • Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
  • Coaches Initiative Leads, AEs and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Utilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve
  • Actively improves Agile Delivery practices across Enterprise Data Management (EDM) through influence, problem solving, and innovation
  • Be able to explain and be an advocate for the benefits of Agile and Lean practices to team members and stakeholders


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
  • At least 6 months of experience using Jira


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 4+ years of agile delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe frameworks
  • Agile certifications to include: CSM, CSP, PMI's ACP, SAFe, PMP or Lean Six Sigma
  • 4+ year of experience using Jira or Confluence
  • Objective and Known Results coaching
