Small Business Banking, Principal Process Manager

We're looking for a Process Manager who can own & improve our business processes while also possessing extraordinary project management skills to drive forward our strategic agenda and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will work with bright and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role.

General Responsibilities:
  • Quickly putting structure in place to manage work in a dynamic environment
  • Partnering cross-functionally to to effectively drive delivery of moderate to large complex projects, leveraging strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Providing strategic and tactical thought partnership and revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
  • Interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage projects and expectations
  • Creating, validating, and owning new processes
  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department
  • Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues
  • Driving the creation of data tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Process Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Process Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
