Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with an education nonprofit seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join their team. If you bring experience with managing HR programs and initiatives, tracking data, and strong interpersonal skills, apply now!

  • Support with onboarding
  • Manage HR programs and initiatives
  • Timesheet tracking and compliance
  • Track and manipulate quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights from analyses;
  • Create data visualizations for stakeholders
  • Analyze data, evaluate courses of action and make recommendations for appropriate course of action
  • Create positive outcomes to improve process efficiencies
  • Support in general areas of HR where needed

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Min 2-3 year's experience in HR
  • Experience administering HR and/or operations-related programs
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment policies and procedures
