Our client, a hotel in the Mclean area, is seeking a facilities coordinator. This person will assist with organizing and stocking various areas of the hotel, will communicate with vendors and other employees as well as guests, and otherwise keep things running smoothly! If you like to problem solve, are quick to take action, and have experience as an office admin or in hotels, this role is for you!

Job Description:

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
