Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Technical Training, Senior Associate to work directly with federal clients to develop training materials and deliver training to procurement staff using Unison Software PRISM v7.

Responsibilities
  • Develop guidance/training materials on PRISM processes
  • Train the PRISM User community virtually and on site at HQ in DC as well as at regional locations either virtually or in person (max 10 sessions per year)
  • Provide monthly PRISM Office Hours (one-on-one assistance with EAS processes) for a minimum of 8 hours per month
  • Assist in testing PRISM functionality, as needed
  • Coordinate with Tier 3, software vendor and client to resolve complex issues
  • Coordinate with financial systems team to resolve issues with interfaces
  • Provide cross training to Help Desk team, as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience with Unison Software (formerly Compusearch) PRISM v7
  • Experience working with a team
  • Experience in documenting and training processes and procedures related to contract writing systems
  • Strong writing, training and communication skills are essential
  • Fundamental experience with PRISM software and the procurement lifecycle
  • Understanding of basic application functionality to include, but not be limited to, routing, roles, requisitions, solicitations, and basic contracts
  • Understanding of interfaces between PRISM and financial systems
  • Understanding of the interworking of financial data available in FPDS, financial data warehouses, financial systems and PRISM
  • Understanding of PIDs, Document Control Numbers (DCNs), Line Item IDs and how they are contained in PRISM
  • Understanding of the procurement life cycle process and how this is managed within PRISM, including de-obligations, account information, and synopses
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
