Sr. Business Analyst - Bank Product Strategy

As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. Capital One's Bank Product Strategy is a small but mighty team that partners directly with Bank's product leadership to drive strategy and organizational consensus on key product problems. Team members work independently with stakeholders in a variety of disciplines on high leverage product decisions and gain subject matter expertise across product areas.

As a Senior Business Analyst on the strategy team, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the direction of our Bank Product organization while developing stellar problem solving, influence, and communication skills. You will work across the company's line of businesses and contribute to Capital One's annual strategy development for the Board of Directors. Further, you'll have the opportunity to partner closely with our product leaders to identify and prioritize customer problems, develop product features and advance technological infrastructure.

The strategy team serves as a launchpad into product opportunities and a great place to further your development; you will receive the support necessary to grow your skills quickly, including an extensive formal training curriculum and individual mentorship from leaders in the group.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in analysis


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy
  • Experience in Product Management
