Westat is seeking a Contracts Compliance Manager to manage the Corporate Contract Compliance team and its activities. You will collaborate with our senior practice leaders and our senior contract administrators providing strategic and tactical guidance.

This position is remote eligible and can be based anywhere in the United States.  We do ask that you align with our core east coast hours of 10 am-4pm EST.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Manage and oversee the Contract Unit's compliance activities including but not limited to the development, maintenance and support of:
o    Policies and procedures 
o    Contract templates and forms
o    Ethics and Conflict of Interest 
o    Small business compliance process
o    Audits and contract compliance reviews
o    GWACs and corporate agreements 
•    Manage a team of compliance focused contract administrators and specialists
•    Perform periodic quality assurance and process improvement initiatives including conducting internal process audits and reviews 
•    Monitor industry compliance and regulatory updates, develop associated guidance and trainings
•    Collaborate with internal departments and functions including: Accounting, Business Development, Finance and Legal 

Basic Qualifications: 

•    A Bachelor's degree
•    10 years of progressive experience in a Federal Government contracting and compliance environment. 
•    Demonstrated experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and associated compliance obligations and requirements.
•    Experience supporting compliance activities including implementing policy and procedures. 
•    Knowledge of standard government contract compliance reviews and audits.
•    Familiarity working with enterprise accounting and reporting software. 
•    Experience with accessing various Federal Government reporting systems including SAM, ESRS, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: 

•    A Master's degree in business, law or contract related discipline.
•    Experience working with major government system reviews and requirements including Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)
•    Familiarity with GSA schedules and Best-In-Class contracting vehicles
•    Knowledge of the Uniform Guidance 
•    Experience with Department of Health and Human Services contracts and requirements
•    Experience with Deltek products including Costpoint, Contracts and Purchasing Modules
