Our client is seeking an Temporary HR Generalist who can assist our clients with their human resources needs. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience to provide administrative and clerical support to the assigned department head or division.

Job Requirements
Qualified applicant must be able to:
- Create job postings, advertise open positions internally and externally, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and send interview confirmation emails
- Assemble pre-hire and new hire packets, conduct post-offer meetings, assist with New Hire Orientation, and processes new hire paperwork
- Perform HRIS data entry and maintain personnel files
- Assist with administering all benefit plans, including enrollments, qualifying life events and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
- Respond to general employee requests and verifications of employment
- Prepare Family Medical Leave packets upon request; tracks Family Medical Leaves and other Leaves of Absence
- Assist with managing and tracking workers compensation claims; consults with claims adjusters and employees when necessary
- Monitor employee anniversary dates, send notification to department heads and supervisors to schedule monthly performance reviews
- Assist with conducting various internal audits
- Conduct research as needed on Compliance, Wellness, Benefits, Training, Performance, Employee Engagement etc.
Qualifications:
- High School graduation or GED equivalent supplemented by specialized courses/training equivalent to completion of two years of college in human resources, business administration or closely related field
- Four years of administrative experience
