Product Manager, Small Business Card, Inbound Payments

With a deep focus on our customers and our technology, the Capital One Small Business Team is seeking a Product Manager who will collaboratively define and enable our inbound payment experiences.
Being able to reliably spend and fund purchases is a core need of our Small Business Customers. Understanding when and how much to pay against their business card is critical to ensuring our SBC customers can continue spending on behalf of their business. Given the impact of payment decisions on our customer's ability to continue to spend, there is ripe opportunity to enhance our payments experience.
As a Product Manager in Small Business Card, you will work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineers, designers, and business managers to translate human insights + business needs into consumer-centric services. Through iterative experience creation, you will elevate our Agents ability to provide best in payments experiences for our Small Business customers helping them get back to what they love most - grow their business.
General areas of responsibility:
- Steward the creation of key hypotheses, build MVPs, and run tests to help inform product market fit
- Shape and contribute to the overall experience; stewarding customer and business needs from concept to prototypes to scalable solutions
- Accountable for driving intent into our sprint teams; maintaining a prioritized backlog and defining clear acceptance criteria
- Lead the development of OKRs and supplementative KPIs; driving shared understanding and decision enablement
- Sustaining and iterating on in market experiences
- Collaborate with an extended team beyond the Small Business Card organization
Qualities and characteristics to be successful in this role:

- Organized: able to break large bodies of work into measurable and meaningful chunks; can drive and track intent considering a multitude of dependencies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 year of product management experience or at least 3 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
