Summary

The MIL Corporation is hiring a technical Salesforce Support, Associate to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC Metropolitan area locations.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on, project-based Salesforce configuration and customizations that aim to modernize product and service delivery to agency customers
  • Partner with Business Analysts to design and configure client solutions
  • Provide problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of day-to-day and project-based configuration changes
  • Work with internal clients to understand their needs, identify the problem and direct them to the proper solution
  • Support change management process to implement new as well as update existing applications
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution
  • Prioritize tasks, identify trends, and manage an escalation process including status updates to management and internal customers
  • Support and maintain effective relationships with customers and cross-platform teams

Required Qualifications
  • Current Salesforce Certification (ADM 201) required, ADM 211 and/or other certifications a plus
  • 5+ years Salesforce Administrator experience, preferably in a consulting or high-growth environment
  • Proven experience designing, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce customizations
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and configuring Lightning components
  • Understanding of relational databases and concepts
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of consulting, business analysis or product management experience
  • Per federal guidelines, ability to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain by December 8, 2021

Desired Qualifications

  • Persuasive communication style to support adoption of Salesforce solutions and transition from legacy platforms
  • Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Project estimation and management skills
  • Previous experience with a government client
