Sughrue Mion PLLC is actively seeking contract patent attorney(s) with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science and 2+ years of law firm experience. This position will consult with clients to ascertain technical details about inventions; draft patent applications based on input from inventors, and assist with the prosecution of patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including analyzing issues raised by the USPTO and recommending specific solutions for responding to USPTO positions, and analyzing potential infringement and validity issues for U.S. patents.

Admission to practice before USPTO and state bar membership required.
