Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Operations Manager, who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Operations Manager, you will:
• Direct all aspects of Imaging Center administration including financial and clinical operations
• Human resources, growth, safety, quality and other diverse issues
• Provides leadership and management when coordinating these activities with Radiologists and other members of the AHC administrative team in achieving the goals and objectives of AHC OP Imaging.
• Responsible for directing an OP Imaging Center location, equipment, coordinates service line construction/renovation, and oversees the selection and implementation of new equipment to meet operational needs and compliance with regulations, as appropriate.
• Ensures the service line strategy around safe and reliable
care is executed to ensure a culture of safety and quality.
• Actively leads and participates in outstanding customer service / patient experience and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
• The Manager will oversee hiring and training of all PSS team members and Technologists.
• Identify potential referral sources and solicit those referral sources using a consultative approach to build rapport and engage key decision makers.

Education and Experience Required:
• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university in a
business, healthcare or related field of study required.
• Master's Degree in related field required.
• Strong leadership and consensus building skills with minimum of five years supervisory experience in healthcare
• Minimum of five or more years of experience in Imaging ARRT R.T. (R) or RN credentials required
• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess top level business management, interpersonal,
and facilitation skills.
• Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows- based computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
