Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Project Management, Analyst ( Project Coordinator) to manage projects and support enterprise administrative functions in the areas of budget, human capital, knowledge management, learning solutions, space management, and organizational development. This is a client-facing role supporting a global workforce in Federal agency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of administrative and technical functions to support enterprise business operations processes and in initiatives
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications (emails, newsletters, etc.) to agency staff
  • Take and distribute minutes from various meetings
  • Coordinate property management and distribution to a global, virtual workforce.
  • Oversee and manage the organization, access and distribution of team documentation and project deliverables, and coordinates updates and revisions.
  • Prepare project status reports across project work lanes.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing program deliverables (e.g., meeting minutes, stakeholder communications, schedule updates, etc.)
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and project communications for work groups and clients
  • Assist with the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to administrative practices and policies

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, communications or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager for medium to large organization
  • Outstanding analytical skills to assess project risks and issues, but also outcomes and impacts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings, and handle conflict and negotiations
  • Experience in creating project reporting and detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project
  • Experience in effectively communicating project statuses, issues etc.; to program managers, contracting officers, senior executives, both verbally and in writing
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Desired Qualifications
  • CAPM or PMP certification by the Project Management Institute
  • Experience participating and leading Agile methods and business practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, etc.), Certified Scrum Master
