Kiernan Trebach, LLP, a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm, with offices along the East Coast corridor, is seeking a mid-level IT Help Desk Assistant to support users in multiple offices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues with computers, printers and software, for users across the firm, set up of new user workstations, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Expertise with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with general Computer and Printer troubleshooting concepts
Working knowledge of email and document management systems
Excellent communication skills with a positive customer service demeanor
Ability to train users utilizing word document tools and upgrades
