Are you a recent grad who is interested in a career in Government Relations? Our client is a well-known and highly respected trade association in the heart of Downtown DC looking to hire a Coordinator to support a very busy Vice President. This position requires that you're able to work independently and not be micro-managed, you'll be a trusted and valued member of the team that is literally the glue that holds everything together all while making everything happen on time.

Daily duties include: provide administrative support to the VP and his team, function as budget coordinator for the group by monitoring and tracking spending and helping to develop the annual budget, maintain the VP and the group's calendar, arrange meetings, arrange travel, and coordinate ad-hoc projects as the need arises.

Must be well organized, have strong MS Office, Adobe, and computer skills, possess good oral and written communications skills; able to manage workflow involving multiple ongoing projects and teams, and be team focused.

Best candidates will have a degree and a high overall GPA.
