Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Recruiting, Junior Analyst to perform sourcing activities, coordinating, and maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to identify qualified candidates for open positions. This individual will be expected to manage a contingent job requisition workload in support of multiple recruiters and hiring managers. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communications skills who understands the challenges of supporting multiple government contracts as well as other MIL corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Work with MIL's Recruiters to identify staffing needs, outline requirements and achieve success in sourcing objectives
  • Work with recruiters and hiring team to gather requirements create, QA, and post requisitions
  • Establish and maintain an aggressive candidate pipeline by developing networks around common skill sets
  • Find and engage candidates using a variety of traditional recruiting methods while employing cutting edge trends
  • Utilize online recruiting sources such as major and niche job boards, professional networking sites, user groups and list-serves, blogs, social media, and direct sourcing to identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates
  • Assist Recruiting Lead with the following responsibilities as needed: review applications and screen applicants to assess their qualifications related to work history, education, training, job skills, salary expectations and overall fit for the organization
  • Work with recruiters and hiring team to draft, QA, and extend written offers
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant recruiting procedures and practices in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Manage company Applicant Tracking System (Taleo Business Edition) which handles candidate & employee profiles, as well as company job postings
  • Create custom reports to monitor & analyze recruiting metrics
  • Work with different departments to help improve hiring process efficiency & make ad hoc system changes
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as need

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience recruiting in the Federal Government sector
  • Experience with recruiting individuals who cross multi-disciplinary IT skill sets in the fast-paced government contracting arena
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing in a technical environment
  • Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage candidates and build a professional network
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment, filling critical technical positions for Government clients
  • Very good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Excel
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical needs
  • Taleo experience preferred
