Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Strategic Technology Specialist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Strategic Technology Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Daily CoPath system maintenance tasks, including interface function checks and problem resolution.
• Daily in-house systems maintenance tasks, including ability to learn CoPath and Cortex database functions, search functions, backup processes and error resolution.
• Support of Dragon Voice Recognition systems throughout CCPLab organization.
• High-priority support of CCPLab staff using technology assets. High-priority support is characterized by its need for immediate resolution.
• Testing of production applications prior to release and at regular intervals as directed by CCPLab S.O.P.
• Administration of E-Reporting users, training and support.
• Administration of CCPLab security and account creation and maintenance (e.g., access cards, e-mail account creation, etc.).
• Creation and installation of CCPLab desktop computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist with compliance of all professional, federal, state and CAP requirements.

Qualifications include:
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Experience in the information technology environments utilized by CCPLab, including desktop computers, peripherals, networks, and general office applications.
• Strengths in one-on-one and group training and support for information technology resources.
• Qualified to assist in the design and implementation of new technologies, including the ability to evaluate and discuss global and localized implications of design decisions, offer alternatives and critique proposed methods.
• Proficient in generalized application programming, documentation, testing and debugging.
