The RE Paralegal will work closely with the General Counsel and provide support to Legal Team.
Duties include:
- Provide executive level support to General Counsel
- Perform real estate due diligence in evaluating and managing contracts and leases
- Prepare and edit RE legal contracts, title documents and leases
- File and manage all RE documents in the legal department
- Submit and process expense reports
- Maintain confidential files and serve as liaison for Executive Staff
Job Requirements
Must have 3-4 years minimum of RE Legal experience and advanced MS Office skills. Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
