Seeking a 'go getter' who can rejuvenate CARF accredited but COVID tired behavioral health residential and rehabilitation programs in the Anne Arundel/Prince Georges areas in Maryland and maintain the quality standards for which the organization is known.

Successful Candidates will possess:

• Excellent organizational and managerial skills with ability to effectively drive change
• Master’s degree in behavioral health field, LCSW-C license strongly preferred
• 5 years or more experience in upper-level behavioral health management
• Knowledge of and experience with Maryland residential /day program rules and regs

Salary commensurate with skills and abilities, but we hope to make you an offer you can’t refuse! Salary Range from $90,000 - $110,000
