The House Grill is our 365-day three meal period family restaurant. We are looking for servers who can provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guest of Congressional. Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members that believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.What will be expected of you: Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon seating, introduce yourself, request members club number. Set up and complete assigned side work, include inspect all tables in assigned section.Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials. Take member and guest orders. Special requests check with the kitchen first if it can be accommodated. Place orders with kitchen through Jonas POS. Inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.Reset tables in your station and assisting team members with their station.
